This featured bath renovation project shows the before and after photos,
chronicling the process from beginning to end.
During the process, the entire Roomscape was altered
including a new entry from the bedroom,
re-location of wall partitions, tub, toilet and vanities.

The process involved  the relocation of all the fixtures within the
existing space on the second floor. The old whirlpool tub was leaking
and the 42" x 72" unit was too large for the available space. Once the
fixtures were removed, the walls were stripped and altered for the new
layout. Most of the old pluming required changing when it was
discovered that the joints were assembled without PVC glue, causing
a serious leak potential. The arrangement was easily changed to
accommodate the placement of the new fixtures.

His and Hers Lavatories with granite tops. Between the vanities, a Nu-Heat
radiant floor mat under ceramic tile floor warms your feet on cold winter
mornings when stepping from the tub.

A  pocket door, separates the water closet from the rest of the bathroom.
Inside a new TOTO toilet with a Washlet seat offers the ultimate
in personal hygiene.

New table
Porcelain tile walls surround the tub/shower which features a Bain Ultra aroma therapy bath tub, Kohler controls, Rain Showerhead with a separate hand held messaging shower head. A wall niche provides a place to keep shampoos and conditioners. The Towel Train located on the back wall provides extra storage and drying space for bath towels, while a clear-glass sliding shower door keeps the water inside the tub/shower area that is easy to clean.
