InnerSpaces was contacted by the owners to rebuild the original deck stairs witch were sinking and twisting do to the lack of footing support.
They came down to the yard on the far side of the deck
making it a long walk to get to the pool.(Far right corner of photo)
The new stairs were constructed from the center of the deck
to a landing and then to the yard in two directions,
allowing better access to the yard and pool areas.

Construction began with concrete piers for support for the new landing and stair stringers
at the center of the existing deck.

From the landing, new stairs on both sides allow access to the yard and patio.
The completed stairs feature a comfortable rise, closed stringers and Trex stair treads and landings.
New Quick-Rail railings were added to match the existing deck and stair rails.

Completed stairs and railings.
